Hearth Family Restaurant

If I could give no stars I would. Went for breakfast at 8a.m. was told we would have to wait as only one table was available and it was reserved for 9a.m. ohhh. Ok. We will be out before 9 no problem. We get seated and wait....and wait....and wait, nobody comes to wait on us, 15 minutes later we got up and left. Never going back again, always an issue with something there. Only went because it's the "in town" option. From now on I'll just stay home and make my own damn breakfast, it's better anyway. Lol.

You better off shooting and killing a deer Outback and eating it raw then eating anything in this place Ruben was terrible. Fries were cold. Place is old and run down.

Met a friend there for lunch, nice menu and good food. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Customer service was great. Owner came out to talk to us. Food was good

I really have no complaints at all about this place. Great food, and I didn't feel like I was waiting for hours to be served. Absolutely recommend.

Restaurant is very family friendly and I absolutely love the staff! The food is good, priced reasonably, and how you can order at anytime because they are 24 hours! I also love how at each visit I run into someone I know which shows how much the people of Lebanon love this family restaurant! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

The waitress we had was super nice and helpful, and best of all was patient with my us with our kids. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the food was outstanding even though it was valentines day morning and they were busy! This is deffinitly one of my favorite restaurants to go to!!

Great service usually, food not that great but open 24 in Lebanon is a rare. If not to buzzed to drive go to flying j in Frystown for the huddle house! There food is a 10.

The owners are friendly and the service is good. I usually get breakfast which is yummy. I recommend it.

Out with my daughter both of our food was very good the service was great the price was very reasonable. Everything was very fast and had no issues. Will be going back.

We went for breakfast had a great server and she was very nice and personable. The food was just okay. Not the best or worst breakfast but didn’t really have any flavor. Pancakes, eggs, scrapple, and biscuits with gravy. Nothing I couldn’t have made taste better at home. You’ll definitely need the salt, pepper and other seasonings on the table if eating here.

Stopped in for breakfast. The staff have a warm welcome as well as great service! The food was a good amount for the price, as well as very delicious! Definitely, making it a great place I'm making sure I'll be stopping in again and again.

Sorry but things definitely changed.. It's ok for a quick bite, but check your order because you may be surprised..I have know idea why they lost focus of quality but if I'm served something of lesser quality I'm not sure if I'll return and give them a fair and better review in the future.. On the plus side the portion is really good for your money..

Excellent meal, great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Had the Paris Seafood Combo ($15.95) w baby clams, scallops, shrimp, & salmon over linguini in a tasty garlic butter lemon sauce. Comes w a salad or soup. I went w Manhattan Clam Chowder which was filled w vegetables & a tasty tomato broth. All Delish!!!There is a Friday all you can eat special around same price range, today was Broiled or Fried Haddock w sides. Tasted a bit of my Uncle's Eggplant Parmesan, also very good. In fact, The Hearth has Eggplant as one of their everyday sides! How often do you see that? Menu large for a relatively small restaurant. Desserts: many were hommade & the baklava cheesecake (& others) looked yummy.All Waitstaff I saw & heard were very courteous & conscientious, & wore The Hearth T-shirts.Plus, tables have (paper) placemats ... which always is a plus versus a bare table top. Parking on both sides of building. Recommend.

Great food and good service. The atmosphere inside is very nice. Its a shame they don’t have a better view out the windows to pair with how comfortable the inside feels. Trying to solve the mystery of the plastic over the utensils.

Good food. Service was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Food is hot and fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. It's a little small so get their early but worth the wait if you have to. Will go back for sure.

Good diner food in a cozy atmosphere for a great price. Our waitress was helpful and extremely courteous.

Was seated and waited 10mins for someone to notice we were there. Ordered Turkey Pot Pie and was told by our waitress another 10mins later that I needed to order something else because the pot pie was bad. WHAT?You can't make this up.

A classic diner with huge menu and no doubt a classic part of Lebanon

I had the best breakfast there this morning. Steak and eggs hold the hash browns. It was very good your waitress was very nice and cute too! Your diner is always a treat that keeps me returning. Thank you for great service!

This place is a great little diner I've came to since I'm a young teen. Good food, prices, and friendly staff too. Can't speak for the management, would need to speak to one of the servers for that angle. I know of a handful of restaurants in the area that are in need of a management overhaul. As in grabbing a hold of them and teaching them how to be respectful and courteous to the staff... But thats just not professional now is it?...

A beautiful restaurant. The interior is very nice, and quiet. A Family Restaurant with a huge menu. Portions a good for the money.

It's about the same as it's been for many years, although it's been at least 10 years since I was here last.It's a Diner Food Extravaganza, instant mashed potatoes are not my thing...If you like too much food per serving, along with average taste, this is perfect for you! It used to be reasonably priced which made it appealing, that's one thing that did change about the place.

Please stay away from this place the food is horrible. Staff keep apologizing but do nothing to make it right sent food back twice ended up not eating. Got pancakes the grill must've been very dirty because there were burnt pieces of other food mixed in. Worst experience every daughter's chicken nuggets were so gross she couldn't eat it very dirty place then charged me $30

This diner has a comfy atmosphere and terrific wait staff! The food is good too. Great customer service is really appreciated.

We're from Florida and every time we come to Lebanon, Pa we come here to eat breakfast. The best!

Excellent breakfast place. Excellent staff. Very clean. Huge portions.

Horrible slow service. Rude owner. Baked oatmeal looks and tastes like uncooked play dough. They dont tell u what desserts are included with a meal so you order a piece of pie and then surprised by $5 tacked on your bill per piece of pie that wasnt even good.

Pricey considering quality is horrendous. Service is very slow, and I've never been there when it's busy. Food is very sub par. The little jukeboxes would be cute if they didn't have such bizarre music choices.

Wow what service and excellent food! I usually do not order Philly cheese steaks at a diner but I decided to give it a try. This sandwich will even put the local pizza shops to shame! Love it and I will return for another! Great staff and quick service.

Thanksgiving dinner was great! Our waitress Jessica was fantastic! We had twelve people in our party and not only did she get everything right but she also kept up with the many side requests for refills of soda and napkins and she did it all with a smile. Mahalo Jessica for making our Thanksgiving great. The rest of the staff and the owners were wonderful also. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you at the Hearth.

I went to this restraint all my life and still love it. It's smokin! (Sometimes literally).

This is a very cozy, warm environment for a cozy dinner with a loved one, the food is excellent and the service was great, I look forward to another visit for a dinner after a long day at work.
